1.What is Help Center?

2.Why do I need an account?

You can purchase on our website as a guest. However, it's always advisable to have an account for your shopping.

It allows you to:

Check the status of your current order and the order history;

Contact Customer Service for general assistance;

Check your shipping and payment information;

It is convenient for a registered member to make orders and access some features of the Website. Please register with updated personal information including your name, address, and a valid email address, and please ensure the information provided is accurate and up to date.

3.What should I do if I forgot my password?

In case if you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot my password", and enter your email account. The automated system will send you an email immediately. Follow the instruction and you could reset your password.

4.How do I complete the payment?

We accept several payment methods. You can complete your purchase with PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.

All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods or issuance of a coupon. In case if your payment is declined by your bank, credit card issuer, or our website, We will not fulfill your order.

5.Did I make an order successfully?

Once the payment completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, if not, please re-check in your "spam folder" or"my orders".

Note: If you receive an email for your payment confirmation, do not panic. As your order is marked high risk due to a potential unauthorized payment, we are happy to receive your confirmation email.

6.How to change or cancel my orders?

If  your order status is shipped, we cannot change or cancel it for you.

7.How long will it take to receive my orders?

Shipping takes 3-4 weeks for delivery. If the package is not been delivered within specified time, please contact our customer service for help.

(Note:The shipping time does not include the dispatch time which is generally 3-5 business days.)

8.Refund information

(1).submitting a request for a refund

A request for a refund must be submitted via the form located on the `Contact Us` page of the Website. All Members requesting a refund will be required to provide full particulars as to why they are not satisfied with the quality of the goods and services that are the subject of a Deal;

(2).We will verify;

We will verify the validity and veracity of some or all of the particulars of a request for refund by consulting with the relevant merchant responsible for fulfilling the offer. We may also ask you (by phone or email) to provide additional information in relation to the refund request.

(3).We may refuse request;

In circumstances where we believe that a request for a refund does not fall within the scope of this Policy, is misleading, incorrect and/or deceptive or is otherwise invalid, We may, in its absolute discretion, refuse a refund request. We're under no obligation to provide you with reasons as to why your request has been refused. Please note, any fraudulent refund requests will be immediately referred to the relevant authorities.

(4).Refund to credit card

The refund will be credited to the Credit Card account or PayPal account used to purchase the Deal. Any refund provided by us is in no way an admission of liability by or on behalf of us or the admission of any other fact in connection with any act or omission which led to the request for a refund being submitted by the Member.
